SkillSchool offers various online certification courses focused on industries such as banking, healthcare, sales, hospitality, and digital marketing (collectively referred to as “Programs”).

Agreement

Software available for download from SkillSchool is copyrighted and subject to the terms of the end-user license agreement. You must agree to these terms prior to use.

This agreement is governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
This agreement does not create any joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between you and SkillSchool – a unit of SNVA Edutech Ltd. Compliance with applicable laws and legal requests remains a priority for SkillSchool.
Unless otherwise stated, this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and SkillSchool, superseding all prior communications.

These terms apply to all SkillSchool related online activities, including social media groups and email communications. Certain parts of the platform may be managed by third-party providers, and by using these services, you agree to adhere to their terms and conditions. SkillSchool is not responsible for any disruptions caused by third-party services.

The parent or guardian agrees to supervise the minor’s activities and accepts full responsibility for their actions while using SkillSchool. By registering on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
User Conduct Policy

Once registered and payment is completed, you will receive access to the relevant program. If access is granted prior to full payment, SkillSchool reserves the right to revoke access if payment is not received within the stipulated time frame.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to share your access with others. SkillSchool may terminate your account if you provide inaccurate or outdated information.
SkillSchool may collect and use personal information about your performance in programs, which may be shared with educational partners or third-party providers as outlined in our privacy policy.
Program Use and Access
SkillSchool reserves the right to alter or cancel programs, reschedule sessions, or modify course structures. Cancellation
