Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using SkillSchool – a unit of SNVA Edutech Pvt. Ltd. you understand that you are entering into an agreement with us. It is important that you read these “Terms of Use” carefully before proceeding. If you do not understand or agree to any part of these terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use SkillSchool.co.in 

A. Applicability of Terms

  1.  These Terms of Use create a contract between you and SkillSchool. They cover your access to our website. These terms also apply to any services you use through SkillSchool. By using our services, you are agreeing to follow these rules, which are legally binding.
  2.  In these Terms of Use, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SkillSchool – a unit of SNVA Edutech Pvt. Ltd. while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to anyone using or accessing our services. We may change these terms at any time without notice.
  3. By accepting these Terms of Use, you also agree to follow our other policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, as they may change from time to time. “Applicable Laws” means any laws or regulations that apply to you.
  4. When you use SkillSchool you may also need to follow additional rules from third parties or service partners, like educational institutes or payment providers. We recommend that you read these additional policies carefully before using any of our services.

B. Right to Change Services

  1. SkillSchool services is being offered at sole discretion of the company. The company reserves the right to change, add, amend, revise, withdraw, suspend or remove any part of our services whenever we need to, without giving you prior notice. When we make these changes, they take effect right away as soon as they are published on SkillSchool. 
  2. We may also introduce new services from time to time, and we will let you know about them on our platform when they are available. 
  3. It’s your responsibility to check our Terms of Use for any updates or changes. If you keep using SkillSchool after we post changes, it means you accept those new terms. As long as you follow these rules, you have permission to use SkillSchool.
  4. Remember, your use of SkillSchool is based on the most recent version of our Terms of Use. Also, keep in mind that our partners can change their policies at any time without notifying us or you. So, please review our Terms of Use and related policies regularly to stay informed about any changes. 

 C. Account and Registration Responsibilities

  1. Age Requirement: To use SkillSchool, you need to be able to make legal agreements. If you are under 18 years old, you can only use our services if a parent or guardian helps you. If we find out you are underage and using SkillSchool without permission, we can close your account. 
  2. Registration: To access SkillSchool you may need to sign up. Please fill in all required information honestly. We might ask you to show proof of what you’ve shared. If you give false or incomplete information, we can cancel your account. It’s your job to keep your information updated. 
  3. User ID and Password: You will use a User ID and a password to access our services. You are the only person allowed to use your User ID and password, so keep them safe. Don’t share them with anyone. You are responsible for anything that happens with your account. 
  4. Forgotten User ID/Password: If you forget your User ID or password, you can follow the steps on SkillSchool to retrieve them. Don’t share your password, even with SkillSchool employees. 

User Responsibilities and Obligations:

  • Always log out and close your browser after using SkillSchool to protect your information.
  • You are responsible for everything you upload or share on your account.
  • Use only your assigned User ID and password. Using someone else’s information is not allowed and could lead to your account being disabled. 

User Liability: If you provide incorrect contact details or raise a false complaint, you are responsible for any issues that arise from that, and SkillSchool will not be held liable. 

D) SkillSchool – a unit of SNVA Edutech Pvt. Ltd. Availability and Communication

 At SkillSchool – a unit of SNVA Edutech Pvt. Ltd., we aim to keep our services available and running smoothly. However, due to the nature of the internet, we can’t guarantee there won’t be interruptions. Sometimes, access may be temporarily restricted for reasons like maintenance or updates, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

When you register or create an account with us, you agree to receive important messages from us via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or calls. These communications are necessary for our service and are not considered spam. You can opt out anytime by emailing us at EMAIL ID, but keep in mind that this may affect your access to our services. 

E) Transactions on SkillSchool – a unit of SNVA Edutech Pvt. Ltd.

  1. You are responsible for all actions taken with your account, including using your username and password. If someone else uses your account, you are still liable for their actions, so keep your information safe.
  2.   When you make a transaction, we assume it’s authorized by you. If there’s an error, let us know immediately. Our records of transactions will be considered accurate and binding.
  3.   Please avoid using public computers for transactions, as it poses risks, and we won’t be responsible for any issues that arise from that.
  4. If we find that you’ve provided false information or violated our policies, we may restrict or suspend your account and take legal action if necessary.
  5. Occasionally, we may offer promotional codes or special deals. Each offer will have its own terms, and we reserve the right to refuse transactions if there’s a history of policy violations.

F) Payment and Payment Terms

 At SkillSchool we offer different payment methods based on where you are. You can pay in various currencies, but be aware that your transaction might include foreign exchange fees depending on your location and bank.

 Billing

 When you make a payment, it may include taxes like Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be calculated based on the information you provided when you registered or made a purchase.

 Payment Terms

 By starting a transaction on SkillSchool you agree to pay using the payment methods we offer. We can refuse to process any transactions if there’s a history of issues, such as breaking our rules or any laws.

 We are not responsible for any problems that may happen with your payment, such as:

  • Not having enough authorization for a transaction
  •  Exceeding your bank’s limit
  • Any other payment issues that might arise

Your Arrangement with Your Bank

 All payments you make, whether by credit/debit cards or other methods, go through a secure payment system. These transactions are also subject to the rules set by your bank or payment provider. Make sure to check their terms and conditions as well.

G. User Representations and Warranties

 By using SkillSchool you agree to the following:

  1. Legal Compliance: You will follow all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Content Restrictions:

    Do not upload or share content that:

  • Belongs to someone else without permission.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
  • Violates any laws or regulations.
  •  Infringes on trademarks, copyrights, or other rights.
  • Contains viruses or harmful code.
  • Misleads or deceives others.
  1. User Behavior:

       Do not:

  • Overload our systems or networks.
  • Use any tools to interfere with SkillSchool operations.
  • Test or breach our security measures.
  • Trace or seek personal information about other users.
  • Use automated tools to access or copy content without permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of SkillSchool.
  • Forge identities or misrepresent yourself.
  • Use SkillSchool for illegal activities.
  • Introduce harmful software or disrupt services.
  • Conduct attacks that could harm our systems.

By following these guidelines, you help us keep SkillSchool a safe and effective place for everyone.

H. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Ownership of Content: All materials on SkillSchool including images, videos, text, and logos, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. They belong to us or our partners.
  2. Personal Use Only: The content is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You cannot copy, share, or distribute it in any way, including through email or other electronic means. 
  3. No Modifications: You must not change or use the content on other platforms without our written permission. Doing so is a violation of our rights.
  4. Reporting Infringements: If you find content that you believe infringes on rights, please email us at EMAIL ID with a notice and a screenshot of the content.

 By respecting these rights, you help us maintain a fair and creative environment.

I. User Generated Content

  1. Content Guidelines: When you upload content to SkillSchool you agree not to submit anything that:
  • Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate.
  • Infringes on someone else’s copyright or trademark.
  • Breaks any legal duties to others.
  • Encourages illegal activities.
  •  Invades someone’s privacy or causes distress.
  1. Liability: If your content does not meet these guidelines, you are responsible for any harm or loss we face because of it.
  2. Ownership and Rights: You keep ownership of your content, but by uploading it, you give us and other user’s permission to use, store, and share it.
  3. Disclosure of Identity: We may share your identity if someone claims your content violates their rights.
  4. Content Removal: We have the right to remove any content that does not follow these rules.

 By following these guidelines, you help create a positive and safe environment for all users.

J. Data Privacy

 We collect, process, share, and store your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. This policy is an important part of our Terms of Use, so please read it carefully.

K. Feedback / Submissions

 Any questions, comments, or suggestions you provide about SkillSchool are considered non-confidential. We can use this feedback freely, without giving you credit or compensation.

L. Limitation of Liability

  1. Exclusions: We are not responsible for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  2. Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or special damages, including loss of data or intangible losses, from using SkillSchool.
  3. Consumer Users: We provide SkillSchool for personal use only. We are not responsible for any business losses, including profits or opportunities.
  4. Business Users: If you use SkillSchool for business, we are not liable for:
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business interruptions
  • Loss of anticipated savings or reputation
  1. External Links: We are not responsible for content on linked websites. Links do not mean we endorse those sites, and we are not liable for any issues from using them.
  2. Liability Limit: Our total liability is limited to the amount we received from you for the specific service related to the claim.
  3. Survival of Terms: These limitations will remain in effect even after your relationship with us ends.

M. Indemnity & Release

  • You agree to protect and not blame SkillSchool or its team for any claims or damages that come from your use of our services.
  • This includes issues caused by breaking our rules, laws, or harming someone else’s rights.
  • You also release SkillSchool from any costs related to problems caused by others.

N. Force Majeure

  • SkillSchool is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, like natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
  • If such events happen, we may change how we deliver courses but won’t reduce your payment.

O. Jurisdiction

  •   Indian laws govern your use of SkillSchool and any disputes will be handled in Noida courts.
  •  Accessing SkillSchool from outside India doesn’t change these terms or laws.

P. Dispute Resolution

  •   If there’s a disagreement about these terms or services, we encourage discussion first.
  •   If that doesn’t work, the issue will be resolved in Noida courts.
